Digital Ads Manager

Core Responsibilities:

  • Generating New Campaign strategies according to clients business goals
  • Monitor campaign performance, Implement solutions, track performance, and optimize goals.
  • Well-versed with setting up pixels, conversions & analytics tracking.
  • Build remarketing campaigns through Facebook, Google & Email marketing platform.
  • In-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations for campaigns performance
  • Work cross-functionally with design & web development to deliver towards business goals
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to determine optimal support for the client’s portfolio.
  • Analyze data and trends to create meaningful insights for clients. Report key performance indicators and value delivered for customers.
  • Train & guide internal team for the digital ad campaigns setup & execution
  • Create proposals to represent solutions designed around client goals.
  • Attending client meetings to understand their business goals & requirements
  • Generating Campaign Performance reports a month on month
  • Knowledge on LinkedIn Ad Campaigns will be an advantage.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience with online advertising, e.g. as Campaign Manager, Optimizer at a publisher, agency, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • University degree, preferably with emphasis in Management, Marketing, Advertising, or Business.
  • Confidence in the analysis of number-based reports and experience in MS Office (esp. Excel).
  • An exceptional eye for detail, analytical and ability to solve problems given the fast-paced nature of our division, the aptitude to multi-task.
  • An organized approach and a real team player

  • Should design logos, brochures, graphic packaging elements, and other marketing collaterals.
  • Should take ownership of the visual elements of creative work for new business pitches.

  • Review the work of designers, provide direction and feedback, and coordinate with motion graphic designers.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe InDesign.
  • Knowledge of Graphic Design Principles, Layout, Typography, Colour Schemes, and Branding required.
  • Experience in liaising with printers, knowledge about printing production, and techniques.
  • Should have up-to-date knowledge of the latest design disciplines, innovations, and technology.
  • Should have a strong portfolio with live works which includes websites and other digital collaterals.
  • Experience in multimedia design will be an advantage.
  • University degree, preferably with emphasis in Fine Arts.
  • Prior experience with Branding & Advertising firms is preferred.
